Update: Clean Eating got me no where, I realized that I have a problem with my blood sugars. I decided to go back to LCHC diet and the weight is starting to come off. I dropped closed to 3 pounds on my first week. I haven't worn this skirt in almost 4 years. I could finally get it on. I still need to loss another ten pounds in order to reach my goal. I'm older and my body is changing. I'm now, never hungry and I have to much energy. It's always important to listen to your body and not what some experts, only you know your body not someone else! I do miss fruit but a few berries seem to be helping.

Going Back To LCHP diet
I tried eating clean for the past 6 weeks, I still look the exact same. The scale hasn't change and neither has my measurements. I'm starting to think that something isn't right with my body. I did Keto diet back in October and I looked "HOT". I decided to stop doing that diet because I ran into some roadblocks and I freaked out. I ended up bruising really bad which I think my big problem was not getting enough protein. So, I'm going back to Keto diet and see how it goes. If the weight comes right off than I know my answer. I was border line GD with my last pregnancy and I think my body is just older and doesn't process sugar and carbs the same way anymore. I really enjoyed eating clean but no amount of cardio or working out was causing me to lose fat or gain muscle. I could barely see any changes, I did feel better but it's not enough. I still need to lose the last ten pounds. I still don't want to be super skinny. I have been working on this since Jan. I do feel stronger but I'm not losing any weight at all. I did finish my half marathon, I felt strong but I didn't lose any weight from it. I usually slim down when I'm running, which is another red flag that something isn't right. So, I'm going to eat as few carbs as possible and see what will happened. I predict that I will drop 3-4 pounds this week alone. I just need to stay strong.
