Week 4 Turbo Fire
End of week 4
My Before: weight 129lbs total inches 158
My Week 4: weight 128 lbs total inches 146.5
My difference weight: one pound weight loss...this is lame. I was able to drop down to 125 which was a four pound loss but I started to put on a ton of muscle. Also, I started running hard core again. My body just started to crave more fuel. I'm starting to think I need more protein in my diet. I'm going to go back to using my fuel tracker and try to eat more protein.
The best part...I lost close to two inches off my hips. This has been a problem area for myself. I seem to hold all of my fat in my hips. My pants are more loose in the hip area which is the best part of the program. All those kicks are starting to pay off.
Recap: lost four pounds but gained back three. Most of this was muscle gain but I made a lot of bad eating choices this week. A bookgroup and baby shower. Why, do they always have to serve such yummy foods. No more baby showers for me.
Also, I managed to lose a grand total of 11.5 inches off my body in four weeks!

4 week update!
Ya, this is what happened when I went back to running. I packed back on the pounds. I managed to gain back four pounds. I feel really low at the moment. Look at my face. Just a few pounds, I look fat. I'm running in a 5k and 10k over Labor day weekend. After the races, I'm going back to Turbo Fire. Yes, I'm running and doing turbo fire at the same time. All it equals is me wanting lots of carbs...I can't seem to help it. I'm going to recommit to my fuel intake journal and try to get less food. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem. I must say my arms and legs look awesome but my face and belly not so hot anymore. So, that's me...I'm not prefect!

Turbo Fire-Week 2
So, I'm not really sure what my running goals are going to be for the fall. My running friend likes to run with me on Sat. morning. Turbo Fire is so tense...it really leaves me wiped out for the rest of the day. So, do I run or just focus on Turbo Fire! It's so hard. It might be different once all the kids start up school.
My starting weight was 129lbs and my current weight is 125lbs. I managed to drop 4 pounds in two weeks. I love this program!

Turbo Fire
I just wanted to let everyone know that I finally reach my goal! It's only taken me about 18 months to reach it. I'm now down to 125 lbs. I really think my biggest problem was not holding myself accountable for my eating habits. The fuel tracker is awesome. I just write down everything I eat and it makes me accountable. Today, I don't know where I went wrong but I didn't eat at the picnic. I was really proud of myself but as soon as we made it back to the house. I have been eating like crazy. Hopefully, I will be better tomorrow. So, I reach it.

Turbo Fire Week 1
Week One, DONE!
I lost a total of 2.5 lbs!
My hips and butt area...I have managed to lose 1 inch!
Also, I noticed my arms are getting really nice and tight. Not so flabby!
I did the 5 day inferno before going on vacation a month ago. So, this week I started on week 1. I'm starting to wish I would of redone inferno plan but I think I would of came up with the same results.
My starting weight was 129lbs and my current weight 126.5 lbs. This is my lowest weight ever. I still can't seem to get past this no matter how I work out. So, I'm going to be really good about recording all of my food entries into my fuel tracker.
I still need to take my before pics!
Also, all of the workouts are AWESOME.
I did two workouts from C.Extreme. I really want to keep up my upper strength. I still want to get into running but I have to make sure I don't get Obessive. My hubby can only handle me working out so much and being gone. So, running might be put on hold until I'm done with this program. Ya, he still wants to have two more boys. I'm not sure about that being I'm already 32. We will see.

Turbo Fire
I'm almost done with week one. I already lost two pounds this week and the week isn't even over. So, I'm finally getting close to reaching my goal. I'm only a pound and half away. Turbo fire is AWESOME. You burn so many calories. The best part is I'm not strav'n myself. I'm eating non stop but it's all really clean, lean, and healthy foods. I taken in about 2,000 calories. I couldn't be happier. I'm not really into running anymore. I'm burning more calories using turbo fire than running for a straight hour. So, life is good!

Sloving Parenting Problems thru Fitness
I really happy to be back at home. The drive home went really well but it wasn't easy. I managed to drive all 14.5 hours home by myself. I did it. All in one day and no dvd player. The kids had their moments but I handled it. I almost gave up at Knoxville and I was seriously thinking to myself to turn the van around and go back to my parents house but I didn't. It would of been easier if my dvd player would of been working. Oh, well...I'm stronger for it.
Logan is driving me crazy. The little guy just explodes when he gets mad, angry,or fustrated. Full blown kicking, ye lling, and name calling. I started back up to working out. I'm doing a combo of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. I'm so sore but I feel really good about myself at the moment. Logan had a couple of break downs. Kicking me in the mouth and being just awful. I successfully put him in time out and we managed to have a good talk afterwards.
Mental strength is gained thru scripture study and fitness. I'm really proud of myself. It's not prefect but it's getting better.
Also, on a happy note: my mother's helper aka the neighbor girl isn't grounded anymore. She's been comiyng over every day hand helping me with the kids.
So, LIFE IS GOOD!
Also, I'm going to find a way to get Logan into martial arts. He really needs to learn how to control himself. I'm going to call around today and see if I can find one for him. I'm really worried about him starting school in a couples of weeks. I have a feel'n it's not going to go well. Logan's my special little boy.
