Duh, I'm so dumb! I have been trying so hard to lose the weight. I started doing what I thought you're suppose to do. I got a food scale, I had my macros done, I started to use MFP, and I started to track every ounce of food. I had good results but things started to go wrong.
I started to gain fat and lose muscle. I figured that I was just over exercising. I was following my macros but I would be really good for a few days than someone would happened. I would have these crazy craving. I felt like I couldn't stop eating carbs. I started to eat everything in sight. This is the crazy part, I didn't know until a couple of days ago that I was binge eating. This is why, I wasn't losing any weight. I would be in a deficit but I would binge on way too many calories and I would end up gaining weight...I become my own worse enemy.
I heard from several people that you need to stick with your macros to see results but I wasn't eating enough and I basically was starving myself which was my body's way of trying to tell me something. No wonder, I was losing muscle mass and my fat was decreasing at all.
Once, again...I wasted so much time and energy. I also really that I was wasting so much time logging in my food and weighing it on a scale. I lost touch with myself.
I'm now, not tracking or counting calories. I'm trusting my body again. I'm listening to my body, I'm only eating when I feel hungry and stopping when I feel full. I'm probably eating closer to 2,000 calories per day maybe even more. Guess, what...the weight is coming off again and I'm starting to lose inches again.

BBG 1.0 Round 2 Week!
I decided to give it ago again, here's a few things that I learned. I was over exercising and not eating enough. The last four weeks of the program. I should of been losing fat but I started to lose muscle and gain back fat. I was totally devastated. Where did I go wrong, it's very easy to over do things. I decided to learn from my mistakes. The scale stops moving, you think to yourself. I just need to workout even harder..no that's not the answer. I'm gaining weight, I must be gaining muscle...no it's fat. I wanted to lose a pound a week with this program but by the end of 12 weeks, I only lost 1 pound.
So, I restarted my journey. I bought myself a heart rate monitor and I discovered I was overtraining. For all of my LISS, I was working my heart too hard and I ended up not losing the weight plus all that extra cardio from LISS and HIIT wasn't doing me any good.
I just finished BBG 1.0 week 1-repeat!!!!! I started off at 130lbs and as of this morning, I'm down 128lbs. Guess, what...I'm eating more and the weight is coming right off.
Sunday-1500 calories 40/30/30
Monday-1600 calories 50/25/25
Tuesday-2000 calories 50/25/25
WED-1400 calories 40/30/30
Thursday-2000 calories 50/25/25
Friday-1500 calories 40/30/30
Saturday 1500 calories 40/30/30
Your body can't always be in diet mode. You need to fuel your body, so it will let go of the fat and not burn off your muscle.
You can eat what ever you want, just eat according to your goals.
