Boy On The Run...Again!

Excuse my messy room...Landon decided this morning he wanted to run on the treadmill. The little guy did a great job...he was running at speed 4 and ran for a whole mile. Gotta love it. When kids ask to workout!

After the run Landon said he was almost sweaty and thirsty.

I just love my natural born runner.
